Delete Your Account

You can delete your NPC Talk account at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the NPC Talk app
Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion when prompted

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Account information — your email, display name, handle, and profile details
Messages — all messages you have sent and received
Contacts — your contact list and pending contact requests
Uploaded files — images, documents, and other files you shared
Conversations — all conversation history and group memberships
Device tokens — push notification registrations

This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Messages you sent in group conversations may still be visible to other group members, but your name will no longer be associated with them.

Processing Time

Account deletion is processed immediately. Your data is removed from our active systems right away.

Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to access the app and need to delete your account, please contact us by email:

Include the email address associated with your NPC Talk account so we can verify your identity and process the deletion.
